“I've had the privilege of working with Perry on a number of complex projects involving large-scale organizational and technical integration. Each time, she applied a disciplined approach that saw the projects completed on time and on budget. I particularly admired her ability to remove obstacles, large and small, without ever losing her 'cool'. She developed solid, professional relationships with stakeholders at every level of the organization -- and she brought a sense of humour and fun to even the most tedious task.”

Project Management

If your company doesn’t have the people or time to focus on professional implementation of your strategic or operational projects, our team will help you to start your project up and create measures that align to your strategic goals. We will work with you to minimize the effort and maximize the outcomes.

Our Methodology

The PMI methodology is our base approach to project management. Each project has different needs and we tailor the methodology to the project.

Have a project that had clearly defined outcomes – you know exactly what you are creating and the team is experienced. You can expect a clear and reliable process from Plan to Release.

Have a strategic project that is ambiguous – you know where you want to be but not exactly what it will take. The biggest risk to you is that the project will follow a solution that doesn’t quite meet your expectations. You will want to have more input on the development of the solution early in the project.

Have a project that is innovative – you want to test out a new direction or product. The biggest risk to you is that the market will change, or the solution will be too costly to implement. You will want to control the progress of the project to ensure your money and resources continue to be applied to a valuable product.

Process Improvement

Our approach to process improvement is based on the lean manufacturing process developed at Toyota. We believe the best ideas come from the people who carry out the process every day, and the best improvements come from a customer-centric approach and are part of an organizational culture of continuous improvement. What’s good for your customer is good for your bottom line.

Sounds like a lot of time and effort? Usually the team spends 2 – 4 days on the process. The test period is determined by the solution.

Business Transformation

When you take on major improvement of existing process or build new processes, you are transforming your business. Our approach is to document the desired result and build a process that adds value to your customers and is efficient for your teams.
